Rosa is are trying to buy a fat, soft arm chair for her mother. All of their other chairs burned up in a fire. Read to find out if they ever save enough and get to buy the chair. My favorite character is Rosa because she is strong and brave. The best part is when she wanted to ride in the back of the truck. Read to see if she gets to. You should read this book because it is sweet, sad and happy! If you have ever wanted something like me but you or your family didn't have the money then you can understand how the characters feel in this book.
