This book is about Elaine, the new girl in school. During her first day everyone was mean to her, but Mary. They become friend. My favorite character is Harry because he jump-ropes just like how I do. Jump-roping is not just for girls, boxers jumprope. My favorite part is when Elaine tries to make a frog fly for a science project.
You should read this book because it is very funny. It is also about to girls that become friends. It reminds me of my friend Makai and me. We first met in 2nd grade. We were talking about ourselves and just became friends.
