The book is about a man named Armand that lived under a bridge in Paris. Everything he had could be pushed around in a baby buggy, it was easy for him. Armand was a grouchy man. He found some children. They wanted to stay with him because they were alone. He didn't want children at first. In the end they started to get together and make a family. Read to find out how. This book will make you want to be nice.
