On a farm Mamma Duck has some babies. One was different. The other animals made fun of him. They called him the Ugly Duckling. His mother was the only one to say she cared. He was sad and left the farm. Read to find out what happens to him.
Mother Duck is the best character because she didn't say he was ugly. The best part was at the end when he came back and Mother Duck had to stand on her toes to hug him. This is a fun book that teaches not to bully. It made us think about how some people are bullies.
