The book is about the cat in the hat. It is a kid friendly book that teaches kids not to let people you don’t know in the house. The cat is my favorite character because he is all over the place and he is funny and friendly. My favorite part was when Thing 1 and Thing 2 came out of the box . They flew kites in the house and put the fish in a pot. I think people should read this book because it has family fun. The book also has a lesson about responsibility. Lastly, this book makes me think about my sister who has a big imagination she thinks that the cat in the hat is real.
