This book is about dinosaurs that lived in prehistoric times. People were not alive when dinosaurs were, they have to learn what it was like. Insects, reptiles and amphibians lived with the dinosaurs back then, 545 million years ago. The oceans were full of hundreds of amazing dinosaur like creatures.
I found it interesting that turtles have hardly changed since prehistoric times. I think the author want us to understand what lived when humans were not around. This books reminds me when I went to Dinosaur World with my family and read facts. I also remember when we saw amphibians at Dinosaur Word.
